The Role
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Revenue Operations Manager to lead and optimize our commercial operations across two core business units at Codat. Reporting to commercial leadership, you will be a full-stack Rev Ops leader, driving the vision, strategy, and execution of processes that enhance revenue performance and operational efficiency. You'll leverage your expertise in data analysis, process optimization, and innovative technologies to drive results across sales, account management, implementation, customer success and solutions engineering. Responsibilities
Strategic Impact:
- Leverage analytical expertise to collate, analyze, and interpret commercial data, providing clear insights that drive informed decision-making across the business.
- Partner closely with revenue leaders, finance, legal, and senior leadership to enhance operational efficiency, optimize performance, and elevate the capabilities of the commercial team and the broader organization.
Sales Process Design & Optimization:
- Design processes for smooth customer onboarding, accelerating initial value realization and mutual commitment.
- Develop and optimize revenue operations to drive customer adoption, active usage, and sustained engagement, collaborating with Customer Success.
- Establish frameworks to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities while implementing systems to track customer health and proactively address churn risks.
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize the entire post-sale customer journey and manage the technology stack supporting customer success, including CRM and analytics tools.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless handoffs and align strategies for customer advocacy, retention, and growth initiatives.
Tech Stack Visionary:
- Own our Salesforce instance and take responsibility for enhancements, coaching around best practices and generating insights.
- Evaluate, implement and maintain the revenue tech stack at Codat. This includes SFDC, Hubspot, Apollo, Lucid, DocuSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- This person will be responsible for staying on the forefront of new technologies, identifying gaps and inefficiencies in our process and uplevelling the organization through new technology solutions.
- Leverage current and new AI solutions to streamline operations and maximize output.
Master of Data Storytelling:
- Transform complex data into compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions and business growth.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that highlight key revenue metrics, providing actionable insights to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Effectively communicate trends, opportunities, and risks to senior leadership, empowering them to make data-driven decisions with confidence.
Champion Cross-Team Alignment
- Act as the central point of alignment between sales, account management, legal and finance, ensuring seamless collaboration and data consistency across departments.
- Act as a close partner to sales, account management and leadership, helping uncover blind spots and uplevel the way we operate.
Operational Management
- Design, implement, and manage sales compensation plans that align with business objectives.
- Analyze quota attainment data to assess and measure performance
