We specialise in selling and renting luxury apartments in the most iconic residential buildings throughout central London. We take pride in delivering tailored and efficient service to our clients and assisting them to maximise their investment in properties.

Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced (2+ years) in London residential or luxury sales with a genuine passion for the property market.
- Exceptional communicator and negotiator, with outstanding written and verbal skills. (Mandarin Speaking is a Plus).
- Goal-driven, adept at understanding client needs, and detail-oriented.
- Professional, dedicated, and a collaborative team player.
- Optimistic, diligent, positive, and hardworking.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage new property buyers.
- Evaluate buyer objectives to understand their needs.
- Register and diligently follow up on sales leads.
- Prepare tailored property proposals.
- Ensure accuracy in all sales paperwork.
- Conduct effective property viewings and tours to close deals.
- Provide comprehensive support to buyers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and developers.
- Obtain and verify AML documentation for vendors and buyers.
- Actively participate in property marketing and social media promotion.
- Accurately record all customer, lead, and sales progression in the CRM system.
- Ensure AML compliance through thorough documentation checks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of London real estate experience.
- Degree from a leading UK university.
- Experience working with overseas buyers in the UK market.
- Familiarity with Chinese social media (WeChat preferred).
- Excellent creative writing and communication skills in English and Chinese.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Strong presentation abilities.
