Senior Sales Development Representative, EMEA South (Italian, Arabic, or Spanish)

What you’ll do

As a Senior Sales Development Representative at SAP Emarsys, you’ll play a key role in generating and nurturing qualified opportunities for our cutting-edge AI-driven marketing platform. You’ll:

• Identify and engage with potential new clients through research and outreach.
• Build relationships via email and phone, sparking interest in how Emarsys transforms marketing.
• Take a consultative approach to understand prospects’ business needs and align them with our solutions.
• Consistently manage and update Salesforce.com for accurate forecasting.
• Follow structured sales processes while working collaboratively with our global team.

What you bring

We’re looking for ambitious individuals who are eager to develop in a fast-paced, high-earning environment. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Fluency in English and either Italian, Arabic, or Spanish.
• A coachable and results driven attitude, with a passion for learning and a results-driven mindset.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• A confident, energetic phone presence with the ability to build rapport.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role.
• Interest in technology, marketing automation, and CRM software (experience in SaaS, marketing technology and CRM is a plus).
