Concentrix Catalyst is looking for Salesforce Sales Engineers who are self-starters, relationship-oriented individuals that excel in solving business challenges with Salesforce technology solutions. Individuals in this role will collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Industry Client Account Leads and Account Executives to pursue and close new business opportunities in existing and new accounts. Concentrix offers an aggressive commission plan to reward high sales achievers.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Salesforce AEs and Concentrix account managers to strategize and pursue new business opportunities including transformation deals
- Act as subject matter expert, leverage expertise and provide technical solutioning guidance for Salesforce Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and Einstein/Agentforce solutions (Next Gen Care)
- Ensure Concentrix solutions powered by Concentrix’s Salesforce Next Gen Care solution portfolio are represented with clear value and customer experience stories.
- Follow client deployments and operation of our Next Gen Care solutions to ensure goals and impact identified in the sales process are delivered.
- Engage with Concentrix account managers and new logo sellers to identify business challenges in their accounts, build strong relationships that yield opportunities in their accounts.
- Provide input to Salesforce AE/SE on future Concentrix use cases and solutions.
- Proactively maintain Salesforce AE/SE relationships
- Leverage modern sales tools to effectively manage your pipeline and deal velocity
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our Salesforce based solutions, customer stories, competitors and key changes to the Salesforce platform and roadmap
Your Impact:
- Review RFP requirements while leading solution design
- Develop and deliver technical presentations
- Provide technical product expertise during sales opportunities, both in person and remotely, to include providing live product demonstrations
- Build and configure demo scenarios in Salesforce
Your Qualifications:
- 7years of technology related sales or business development experience with direct field experience selling complex transformational technology solutions to Fortune 5000 companies.
- Minimum of 5 years experience deploying Salesforce solutions
- Minimum of 3 year providing pre-sales support
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or MIS, or equivalent experience.
- Current Salesforce certification(s).
- Knowledge of Service Cloud including Agentforce, Einstein, and Service Cloud Voice.
- Experience working with industry-leading AI technologies
- Experience interacting with customers, senior-level personnel and Team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams and MS Outlook
- Ability for 25% travel
