Senior Sales Negotiator - Bicester Office

A new position is now available in our Bicester office.

Primary duties will include handling new enquiries, viewings, negotiating sales, prospecting new business, and general office administration. We would prefer some experience in the industry but if you have no experience, we will remain open minded. You will need to be a quick learner with a passion for property and sales.

This is a busy office with an experienced team and a great environment to start or further your career.

Monday to Friday 09.00am – 6.00pm

Every other Saturday 09.00am – 1.00pm.

Senior Sales Negotiator, responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings with potential buyers
• Provide accurate and detailed information about properties to clients and buyers
• Negotiate sales on behalf of clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and buyers
• Market properties through various channels to attract potential buyers or clients
• Assist in the preparation of property listings and promotional materials
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in the property industry
