Our new Senior Practitioner will be critical in shaping brighter futures.

What you’ll do:

• Lead safeguarding efforts for children, embracing their cultural and individual backgrounds.
• Manage a caseload of complex cases, supporting families and creating meaningful impact.
• Drive collaboration across agencies and ensure every child’s voice is heard.
• Undertake direct social work responsibilities, assess risks, and devise solutions that prioritise children’s safety and wellbeing.
