The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer at Reward, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing our core loyalty platform. Working closely with Product Owners and Engineering Leads, you’ll contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure best practices are followed. This is an opportunity to work on platforms that impact millions, using modern technologies and cloud infrastructure.

What You’ll Work With:

• Back-end development: Node.js or C# (.NET Core / .NET 6+)
• Cloud platforms: AWS (or similar cloud environments)
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
• System architecture & scalability: Designing resilient, high-performance solutions
• CI/CD & DevOps: Automating deployments, improving engineering workflows
• Agile methodologies: Working in Agile teams and influencing best practices
• Leadership: Mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable software solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
• A related degree or equivalent experience
