As a Senior Supply Chain Manager, you play a critical role in shaping and executing the supply chain strategy. You are responsible for managing supplier performance and driving innovation, efficiency, and scalability in Bellrock's supply chain operations. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, assisting with setting strategic goals and enhancing supplier relationships to align with the company’s growth and performance targets.

In this senior role, you develop and implement a supplier strategy focused on sourcing, onboarding, and continuous performance improvement. You build strategic supplier relationships, set and monitor KPIs aligned with business goals, and provide executive-level performance reporting. You enhance risk management and ensure supply chain compliance while driving continuous process improvement through data-driven approaches, predictive analytics, and digital tools. As a key contact for stakeholders, you facilitate strategic discussions to align supply chain initiatives with company objectives.

And as a Senior Supply Chain Manager with Bellrock, you’ll bring…

• With 5-7 years of experience in a senior-level supply chain or supplier-facing role, you bring demonstrable expertise in strategic supply chain management, risk mitigation, and innovation.
• With a bachelors degree, CIPS membership or equivalent experience.
• You possess exceptional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven record of driving performance improvements and fostering strong supplier relationships.
• Your skills are complemented by strong analytical and project management capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience in Facilities Management is desirable but not essential.

Working arrangements

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Leicester office and working two days a week with the team and the rest of the week can be worked from home.
