THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Senior System Engineer to support the analysis, design, and validation of complex systems and subsystems. You will ensure high-quality product delivery through effective requirement management, verification, and validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis: Analyse system and subsystem requirements, derive functional, hardware, and safety specifications.
• Documentation: Author and update Software/Hardware Requirement Specifications and ensure traceability from Technical Requirements.
• Verification & Validation: Develop verification plans, define test scenarios, and execute tests to qualify equipment.
• Testing & Compliance: Record test results, address non-conformances, and refine procedures.
• Certification: Produce design certification documentation and review technical publications for consistency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet product lifecycle requirements.
  
  

Skills

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Systems Engineering.
• Strong experience in requirement analysis, verification, and validation.
• Skilled in managing Software/Hardware Requirement Specifications and executing tests.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  
  

Preferred

• Defence or aerospace experience, familiarity with C2 systems, and knowledge of safety/performance standards.
