THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Senior System Engineer to support the analysis, design, and validation of complex systems and subsystems. You will ensure high-quality product delivery through effective requirement management, verification, and validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis: Analyse system and subsystem requirements, derive functional, hardware, and safety specifications.
- Documentation: Author and update Software/Hardware Requirement Specifications and ensure traceability from Technical Requirements.
- Verification & Validation: Develop verification plans, define test scenarios, and execute tests to qualify equipment.
- Testing & Compliance: Record test results, address non-conformances, and refine procedures.
- Certification: Produce design certification documentation and review technical publications for consistency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet product lifecycle requirements.
Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Systems Engineering.
- Strong experience in requirement analysis, verification, and validation.
- Skilled in managing Software/Hardware Requirement Specifications and executing tests.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred
- Defence or aerospace experience, familiarity with C2 systems, and knowledge of safety/performance standards.
