By tapping into the broad Cisco ecosystem and the totality of networking data at our fingertips, we can provide our customers the appropriate context to solve their problems and drastically reduce their mean time to resolution. You will be part of the points of visibility team at ThousandEyes, whose mission is to uphold the Broad Visibility product pillar by providing our customers the right data at the right time in the right format and providing a foothold to execute tests from.
About The Role
As a Senior Product Manager at ThousandEyes, you will be responsible for technical product direction for the Client Agents which run on endpoint devices, mobile devices, and end-user premise equipment. The Client Agents are a collection of artifacts that run on mobile phones, tablets, laptops, thin clients, consumer routers, and modems. These artifacts act as a point of visibility that allows customers to conduct tests at scale and understand problems from a global perspective down to the individual user perspective. Your mission will be to align with use-case focused PLMs for each agent type to strategically grow the footprint of Client Agents as we move towards harmonizing all of the agent types across ThousandEyes while being mindful of our operating model. You will also become a subject matter expert to directly engage with our Sales team on strategic prospects and our escalation engineering support team when needed.

- Shepherd Endpoint Agent and Device Agent through harmonization with our wider points of visibility strategy.
- Collaborate with the PLM teams to identify new deployment targets for the Endpoint Agent and Device Agent
- Deep dive into the way we build, secure, deploy, and operate agents at scale for Service Provider customers and within the Enterprise across the Endpoint Agent and Device Agent. Become a technical subject matter expert about your product areas of responsibility.
- Bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on data driven insights to help build a long term strategy for the team.
- Generate and shepherd creative ideas, both large and small, that bring value to customers and the business.
- Stay hands-on with customers to keep them happy today, while gaining insight for future ideas.
- Thoughtfully prioritize to maximize the impact of organizational effort.
