FM Conway is currently recruiting for a
Senior Works Coordinator to join their Street Lighting Division. As a
Senior Works Coordinator, you will be completing administrative duties such as raising permits, requesting utility drawings, updating works programmes and ensure work is planned and resources are available for our London contracts. This is a full-time, permanent position, based from our Uxbridge depot.
The duties of the Senior works Coordinator role will include:
- Raising refusals on work permits with the Contracts Managers and ensuring documents are kept secure and updated at all times
- Arranging training as advised by the Contracts Manger and Contract Supervisor
- Attending weekly programme meetings with the Contracts Manger and Contracts Supervisor
- Building good working relationships with the Management Team, and operatives
What skills and experience do you need?
We are looking for a commercially aware
Senior Works Coordinator with experience in a similar role, preferably within the highways or street lighting sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage and prioritise tasks efficiently.
