Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Shirley for a Service Advisor at Listers Group. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing customer-focused service, communication, and aftersales support on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer-focused Service skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Experience in Aftersales support
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
