- Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service
- Updating customers on their vehicle status and recommended services
- Effectively handling customer inquiries and resolving any concerns
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Demonstrated experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- A solid understanding of automotive systems and maintenance
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in service-related computer applications
- A valid driver's licence
