Hours: 08:00am- 17:00 (with flexibility if needed)
The Silver X Group are hiring a Service & Stock Manager to lead our warehouse office team, ensure stock accuracy, and deliver brilliant service to our clients. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly across our warehouse units.

What You’ll Do
- Lead a small team handling stock control and service admin
- Oversee inbound/outbound goods and warehouse system updates
- Ensure stock accuracy and timely client reporting
- Deliver excellent service via email, phone and systems
- Coordinate with warehouse teams across multiple units
- Monitor KPIs and support performance against SLAs
- Help improve processes and drive reporting efficiency
- Uphold health & safety and support staff development
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in warehouse admin, stock control, or logistics
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Confident with IT systems and warehouse software
- Proactive problem-solver with a high attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Flexible availability for core shifts: 08:00-17:00 / 09:30-18:30
