Service Charge Accountant | Chelmsford / Hybrid | £40,000 – £50,000 DOE
Are you an experienced service charge accountant looking for a role that values autonomy, flexibility, and a supportive team culture?
Cobalt are partnering with a highly regarded real estate company to recruit a service charge accountant to join their close-knit and collaborative finance team. This is a hybrid role, offering the perfect balance of home working and team interaction from their Chelmsford office.
You’ll join a well-established property team managing a portfolio that includes primarily residential properties, with some mixed-use developments.

What We’re Looking For:
- Residential service charge accounting experience essential
- Comfortable working independently and liaising with property managers and clients
- Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or AAT – study support may be considered
- Experience with mixed-use schemes is a bonus
