Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Wickford. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, communication with customers, providing technical support, and performing maintenance and repairs on fire safety and security systems.

Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Field Service and Technical Support skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the fire safety and security industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards
- Technical certification or degree in a related field
