Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Service Engineer at SECOM Plc. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, and maintenance & repair tasks on security and fire solutions. The role involves providing timely and effective service support to customers, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and meeting service level agreements.


Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
  • Field Service and Technical Support skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in delivering service support in security or related fields
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Relevant technical certifications or qualifications
