Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician and MoT Tester located in Blackburn. The role involves conducting vehicle maintenance and repair, performing MoT testing, troubleshooting vehicle issues, and field service work. The Service Technician will also interact with customers to provide excellent customer service and ensure their vehicles are in optimal condition.
Qualifications
- Skills in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting
- Experience in Field Service and Maintenance
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certification or qualification in automotive maintenance or repair
- Previous experience as a MoT Tester is beneficial
- Must have Btech Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Engineering or equilivent qualification
- Previous franchise dealer experience minimum 3 years
- Fully conversant with EVHC / video process
