What You’ll Do

The Partner Integration Manager is responsible for leading the seamless integration of new fibre suppliers into Vodafone’s wholesale platforms. This role ensures alignment across technical, commercial, and operational domains by coordinating between internal teams and external partners. The position plays a pivotal role in managing dependencies, readiness gates, testing, and risk mitigation to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to business-as-usual operations.

Key accountabilities:

  • Act as the primary interface between Vodafone and new fibre partners for all integration activities.
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle across service provisioning, OSS/BSS integration, and operational readiness.
  • Monitor delivery milestones, readiness gates, and partner deliverables; escalate high-risk items as needed.
  • Represent the integration workstream in governance forums with clear status, risks, and mitigation updates.
  • Ensure compliance with Vodafone's security, privacy, and commercial standards throughout the integration process.

Who You Are

  • Strong background in telecoms integration and project delivery across Layer 2/3 platforms.
  • Proven experience in managing complex third-party/vendor relationships.
  • Working knowledge of OSS/BSS systems, service provisioning, and operational handovers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with programme governance, risk management, and reporting standards.
