Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead Consultant to take a leading role in the design, implementation, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions, managing technical engagements across various modules such as ITSM Pro, ITOM (Discovery), HRSD, APM, SPM, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Implementations: Oversee the technical design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they are scalable and meet client needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with both technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutions that maximise ROI for the client.
- Solution Architecture: Design and implement robust ServiceNow architectures, ensuring integrations with other systems where necessary.
- Customisation & Development: Lead the customisation of ServiceNow using JavaScript, APIs, and other tools to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
- Project Leadership: Manage multiple ServiceNow projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
- Mentoring & Leadership: Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery.
- Problem Solving: Address technical issues and provide troubleshooting support to ensure smooth platform operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow developments and proactively suggest improvements for client environments.
Essential Experience & Skills
- ServiceNow Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, with strong knowledge of modules such as ITSM Pro, ITOM (Discovery), HRSD, APM, and SPM.
- Implementation Leadership: Proven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations, managing both technical and functional components.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, and integrating ServiceNow with other platforms.
- Solution Architecture: A solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and experience designing scalable solutions and integrations.
- Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS, CAD, or CSA) are desirable.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Leadership Experience: Experience mentoring or leading technical teams is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Knowledge of investment management applications (e.g., fund accounting, CRM, EDM) such as eFront, Intralinks, or Simcorp Dimension is an advantage.
