ServiceNow Project Manager - Lead a High-Impact Transformation!
Location: London - 2 days on site
Contract: 6 months
Rate: £550-600 Outside IR35

We're on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead a critical ServiceNow transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive change, optimise IT service management, and deliver real value in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow transformation, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with BA, Test Lead, and Service Design teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Work closely with technical teams to align business needs with ServiceNow capabilities.
- Drive best practices in ITSM, Agile, and change management.
What You Bring:
- Proven ServiceNow project management experience.
- Strong background in ITSM transformations.
- Excellent stakeholder management & leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Ability to navigate complex organisations and drive adoption.
