We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Business Systems team as a SFDC Technical lead. This is a collaborative role working with key business and technical teams to implement well thought out technical solutions.
The Details...
Working with key business areas, the successful candidate will design and drive high and low level technical solutions across the Salesforce platform. Business improvement projects will primarily focus on our sales, service, oms, CCaaS and implementation of Renue lifecycle management (RLM).
Core Responsibilities Include
- Own and drive technical design for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Produce high-level and low-level solution and technical design documentation.
- Guide and mentor technical teams, providing strong leadership and direction.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders in clear, simple terms.
- Lead and contribute to key meetings, demonstrating technical leadership and gravitas.
What We're Looking For...
We'll expect you to strong experience and certifications in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Previous experience implementing CPQ, CCaaS, Mulessoft or order management solutions would be a definite advantage.
Excellent communication skills are essential due to the collaborative responsibilities involved in this role and the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships.
This role will suit someone who is self-motivated, diligent, and who can learn new systems quickly. It will also appeal to those who enjoy working in a fast-paced high-tech environment.
