We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced health and safety trainer to join an award winning, industry leading organisation in a national health and safety trainer role within our group SHEQ team.
This is a
full time, fixed term position for 9 months.
RSK Group are a multi-disciplinary environmental consultancy company providing services globally for over 30 years, with market leading capabilities across the construction, services, and rail sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the SHEQ health and safety training manager to deliver on the SHEQ training strategy.
- Working with various stakeholders to scope out new learning opportunities across the group.
- Reviewing and updating existing learning materials and learning courses.
- Developing new learning courses in a variety of delivery methods suitable for our global business.
- Delivering a wide range of courses and workshops in safety related topic areas such as but not limited to; manual handling, risk assessment, first aid, avoiding buried services, behavioural safety, incident investigation etc. to RSK employees throughout the UK.
- Running roadshows and workshops in person and virtually.
Person specification:
- A nationally recognised teaching, coaching qualification such as Level 3/4/5 AET, CIPD or equivalent.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
- Experience of delivering a range of health and safety related courses.
- Experience in developing a range of course material including lesson plans, schemes of work, facilitation notes, guidance documents, participant guides etc.
- Valid level 3 First Aid at Work Certificate.
- Self-motivated, with diligence, integrity, and ambition.
- Must hold a full UK drivers’ licence.
