In this role, you will be helping run various schemes in National Highway's area 10 and 13 on the Scheme Delivery Framework. We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK. You'll be working on. (what your role and responsibility is) As Site Manager, you will lead and manage the site activities on our Highways schemes. You will oversee the construction of road infrastructure and drainage systems, ensuring work is completed safely, profitably, and in line with the programme. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety while ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget. You'll work with (because relationships are important) You will collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals, including the Project Manager and subcontractors, to deliver key projects for our valued clients. (what you are skilled at) You will have the skills necessary to collaborate effectively with a dedicated team of professionals, including the Project Manager and subcontractors, to deliver key projects for our valued clients. You'll bring (your wealth of experience & qualifications) Significant experience in highways construction , specifically road building and drainage systems. Strong knowledge of NEC or ICE contract conditions and programme management. SMSTS certification and a valid CSCS card . An industry-recognised qualification (Degree, HND, NVQ) in Civil Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
