Site Person in Charge

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Person in Charge on various Tfl sites. This is a senior supervisory role and will involve overall responsibility for safety, and planning of the workforce on a daily basis, and will take overall charge of all Spoortech operations on site. You will be responsible for the safe running of the works, ensuring that a safe system of work has been set up and that certificates & licenses are valid. You will report to the client project manager and project directors.

Qualifications

• 5 years of rail experience
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in the rail construction or engineering industry
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• An understanding of Health and Safety regulations
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction or project management
• CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS), Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) or CSCS trade related NVQ Level 4 and above.
• CSCS trade related qualification.
• Current full driving licence.
• LUL/NR Medical, ICI-LU, PTS.
• First Aid at Work.
