The Role
As our
Site Superintendent, you’ll play a crucial role in the day-to-day running of the school site. This is an active and varied role that requires initiative, problem-solving, and excellent organisational skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Opening and securing the site daily to ensure a safe start and end to the school day.
Carrying out routine health and safety checks, logging issues on Every Classroom, and ensuring the school remains compliant with safety regulations.
Maintaining the school grounds and outdoor learning areas to create a safe, engaging space for pupils.
Coordinating and overseeing contractors for repairs and servicing.
Managing site maintenance and minor repairs, taking pride in keeping the school in top condition.
Setting up spaces for school activities, including breakfast club and after-school events.
Supporting stock management, deliveries, and site security.
