OVERVIEW:
The role holder is responsible for the day to day operational, on-site delivery of Centralised Print Room and Managed Print Services.
Activities involve maintaining contracted service levels ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining customer relationships and delivering contract commitments within cost targets.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Production of print requests using digital production printers
- Finishing of documents
- Scanning of documents as required by the end customers
- Work with other site teams to support with print room and fleet requests
- Understand Xerox service offerings and support implementation of new initiatives
- Ensure adherence to SLAs
- Maintain stock levels of paper, stationery and toners to ensure the print room and fleet are fully operational
- Accurately complete job tickets
- Accurate completion of monthly billing process
- Provide day to day management of onsite team
- Proactively check fleet devices for potential issues
- Provide 1st line response for any helpdesk calls relating to the fleet and raise calls for field support as needed
- Replenishing toner supplies for fleet devices
- Support contract Operations Manager with other tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLSET & ABILITIES:
- Experience managing onsite operations for printing, scanning and fleet operations
- Uses critical thinking skills to make informed decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plan
- Ability to manage and prioritize workloads to meet contractual Service Level Agreements
- Proven ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities
- Ability to be self-motivated to achieve daily requirements
- Excellent communication skills with internal and customer stakeholders
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to gain SC clearance
