Transport for West Midlands’ (TFWM’s) £2.2 billion capital programme encompasses major road, rail, and metro infrastructure projects, all of which have significant impacts on utilities. Our Utilities team have a brand-new role for a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on TfWM-delivered projects and utility diversion sites, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project completion.
Delivering ambitious projects across the West Midlands, including the Midlands Metro, Birmingham Eastside Extension, Black Country Metro, and the Sprint Bus Priority Scheme, you will be responsible for managing contractors, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and verifying that projects are technically correct and adhere to site regulations.
This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a dynamic role that offers hands-on site experience while contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale projects. We’re looking for a strong leader who excels in stakeholder collaboration and takes a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Please note that, due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work at multiple sites across the West Midlands five days a week. A valid UK driver’s license and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
