This is an exciting opportunity to work in a new Social and Influencer team within the Digital Marketing team in the European Marketing Office. You'll play a key part in shaping and building the team's direction, so this role will require a strong leadership, project management experience and excellent communication skill to influence various stakeholders from HQ and 16 European subsidiaries.
Role And Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
Pan-EU influencer squad
- Lead A to Z of the European influencer squad – strategy, planning, liaison with subs, budget and agency management, contracts, briefing, content management and approvals, commercials and ROI analysis, dashboard development and maintenance, and reporting
Social and influencer activation for key European projects
- Lead premium pan-EU influencer events for key calendar moments. This includes planning the programme, liaising with subs, writing the agency and influencer brief, designing creative and desirable product experience, managing content delivery and approvals.
- Lead strategic and creative social/influencer activation for key projects in Europe by liaising with project lead and subs. This includes devising social strategy, content plan, content and toolkit creation, liaison with subs, posting status monitoring and performance reporting.
The framework for data-driven influencer management and reporting tools
- Establish the framework for influencer KPI setting, dashboard set up and management, reporting to improve Return on investment and performance.
Alignment and relationship management with Headquarters and 16 subs on social and influencer activations
- Manage different stakeholders in HQ, Europe office and subs to align strategy and activation plan.
Social team operations and innovations
- Leading the regular calls with subs and different divisions in HQ
- Propose new ideas to make Samsung best in class for social/influencer activations
What We Need For This Role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- 2+ years of proven experience in social and influencer marketing. Strong campaign management experience is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of all social platforms and how to optimise content for different social platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience on influencer contracting, briefing, content creation and reporting.
- Great balance between creative and analytical skills
- Have a deep understanding of what makes social and influencer campaign stand out, engaging and drive performance.
- Result oriented and ability to interpret data to influence creatives.
- Strong problem solving and diplomatic skills to work with many stakeholders, both internal and external
- A positive and can-do attitude.
- Experience working across multi markets is preferred.
- Ability to perform under ambiguity and complexity in a face-paced environment.
- Driven and determined to get things done.
- Passion for working collaboratively in a global environment.
- Ability to speak multiple European languages or understand different cultures is a big plus.
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
What does success look like?
- Use consumer focused and social platform insights to define a social and influencer strategy for designated product and sustain campaigns across Europe and ensure globally-developed campaigns and social strategies answer to European needs.
- Working with the Go-to-market, Campaign team, European marketing functions, and influence social and influencer teams in headquarters to develop campaigns that are optimised for Europe and maximum performance.
- Plan and deliver successful campaigns to meet the sales and brand target.
- Monitor campaign implementation and results together with the CMI and new Social analytics team, delivering insightful campaign reports and best practice cases
- In turn, you will collaborate with social & influencer teams in local subsidiaries, campaigns can be implemented effectively across Europe.
- Make Europe stand out to be a light house for social & influencer within Samsung.
The interview process
Stage 1 : Interview with line manager. An online portfolio of work that demonstrates your social and influencer experience
Stage 2 : Interview with the Head of Team. This stage might include a task with a presentation.
