Job Summary

We’re completely revamping our social strategy and are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to take on the day-to-day running of our accounts.

Every year, thousands of entrepreneurs choose to partner with us as they begin their journey from an idea to a thriving business. As our go-to person for social media, you’ll support them on their business journey through producing fun, educational, and inspiring content.

We’re looking for someone to help us push the boundaries. This isn’t a run-of-the-mill B2B social media job – we’re not looking for you to make TikToks about HMRC filing deadlines.


🎯 What You’ll Own & Lead:

  • Devise and create fun, inspirational, and engaging content for our TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn profiles
  • You will be our go-to person for organic social, and work in partnership with our media specialists to produce creative for our paid social campaigns
  • Work with the rest of the marketing team, including our team of videographers, to devise and create content for our YouTube channel
  • Appear in the social media content on camera, where appropriate
  • Be a cheerleader for social media within the company, encouraging the rest of the team to get involved in our channels, and supporting them with their own LinkedIn profiles
  • Work with the team to identify opportunities for collaboration across other marketing channels
  • Monitor the performance of our channels, as well as the latest developments in the social media landscape, and update and develop our social marketing strategy when appropriate


📚 What You Bring to the Table

  • 6+ years of experience managing and creating content for social media platforms, with a deep understanding and proven expertise in TikTok strategy and execution
  • Exceptionally creative, with a strong ability to develop innovative, social-first content ideas that bring business topics to life in engaging and accessible ways
  • Comfortable and confident in front of the camera; experience with interviewing is an asset
  • Skilled at leading and guiding colleagues during content creation, including confidently directing members of senior leadership when necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams in a large organisation
  • While prior B2B experience is not required, a strong willingness to learn and engage with complex or unfamiliar topics is essential
