We’re seeking a Social Media Manager with a sharp strategic mind and a passion for storytelling. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a forward-thinking social media strategy that aligns with our brands, engages our audiences, and drives measurable impact.
Main Responsibilities as Social Media Manager:
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy to support our wider marketing objectives.
- Work with internal designers, copywriters and external agencies to curate and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
- Analyse, evaluate and report on the performance of social media activities, working closely with our Digital Analytics team, providing strategic recommendations to Senior stakeholders.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way to ensure a brilliant customer, or prospective customer experience.
- Support driving cross-sell and win back opportunities through digital promotions, working collaboratively with customer engagement and retention marketing teams.
Skills and experience you need as Social Media Manager:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role within insurance or a highly regulated industry is essential.
- Previous experience managing a social media strategy with an understanding of organic vs paid growth.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
- Experienced at reporting social media activity performance, with clear understanding of associated KPIs and measures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with external agencies and internal functions.
