Now we are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Social Media team. This role involves creating content for our main channels, growing our community, and expanding the brand’s presence on social media.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage Social Media channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, the APAC LinkedIn group, and Facebook, with a strong focus on Instagram Stories and community building. This includes responding to comments, engaging people in discussions, and exploring target groups and profiles within the channels to promote content effectively.
  • Create content across platforms to grow followers, engagement, and reach.
  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with the brand’s voice and style.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design, Product Marketing, and Events teams to ensure content aligns with broader campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, provide insights, and adapt strategies to improve results.

About You

  • Employee advocacy experience will be considered as a competitive advantage.
  • At least 2 years of in-house or agency experience in Social Media management, particularly with B2B brands.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with a deep understanding of TOV and target audience on social media.
  • Creative and independent, with the ability to generate content from scratch and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in community building/management.
  • Fluent English (B2+ level or higher).
  • Higher Education (preferably in the Marketing field).
  • Experience working with diverse teams and creating detailed briefs to ensure the successful execution and promotion of social media projects.
  • Organized, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new things.
