The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising engaging content that grows brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish organic social media content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement and audience growth.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and implement innovative content ideas.
- Manage community engagement through comments, messages, and interactive content.
- Work closely with internal teams to align social media with marketing objectives.
- Analyse performance metrics and optimise content accordingly.
- Identify collaboration opportunities with influencers and relevant partners.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in social media management within the arts, entertainment, or live events industry.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with a proven track record of audience growth.
- Experience in video editing and content creation (tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva preferred).
- Excellent copywriting skills with a strong understanding of brand voice.
- Ability to track and analyse social media performance.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A passion for the arts, entertainment, and digital content.
