As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing numerous social accounts in the B2B sector. You’ll have day-to-day contact with our clients, and building strong relationships will be a key factor in this role, with great communication being essential.
You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks supported by other team members.
Key responsibilities of the position:
- Managing the day-to-day of multiple clients across channels, including: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, adapting content for different channels:
- Brainstorm ideas for the social calendar per month
- Create the content calendar for client sign-off
- Create engaging content for relevant platforms (visual & written)
- Schedule & upload content to agreed software
- Community management for clients, where necessary
- Collaborate with the wider team of digital specialists to create new multi-channel campaigns
- Be aware of what competitors are doing, conducting research and competitor analysis
- Work closely with key account managers to deliver strategy inline with clients objectives
- Enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms
- Support the team on social media photoshoots as and when required
- Present to current clients whether that’s monthly reports, content calendars or strategic findings
- Report and provide analysis to clients and colleagues on campaign performance, highlighting trends and making recommendations
- Responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company
- Collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns
- Managing administration and ensuring the objectives of clients are met
- Targeted in client retention and growth of key accounts
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and helping clients

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise changing workload(s) and handle multiple tasks / multiple projects
- Taking part and engaging in the creation and attendance of social events to encourage collaboration within the team
Experience:
- Social Media account management for a minimum of 2 years
- Experience working in a Digital Agency managing multiple client accounts
- Working in the B2B market (desirable)
