About the Role:
As a Social Worker based in one of our 7 Community Hubs, you will play a crucial role in working alongside children and their families, helping them to identify and achieve their goals. You will build strong, trusting relationships with families and communities, and work collaboratively with a network of multi-agency professionals.
Your work will be informed by the Leeds Practice Model, restorative approaches and strength-based practices. Your ability to embed these practices into your daily work will be key to your success.
We have a variety of posts available:
1 temporary Social Work post covering maternity leave until June 2025, this is full time at 37 hours per week and will be based at Horsforth Community Hub in the West of the city.
1 permanent part time post Family Hub East Team based at Deacon House.
