Overview
Come and be a part of our exciting First Reponse Team where you will help forge our success from the very start, ensuring our children and families are assessed promptly and receive the right service the first time, after assessment.
Our First Response Team operates at the front door with a robust assessment function to assess the needs of the children and families of Harrow. You'll become part of a highly experienced team who work under the evidence based model towards improving the outcomes for children and young people.
As a team of experienced Managers and Social Workers, you will be closely supported by Morning Lane Associates working under a systemic family therapy model to ensure we meet the needs of children and families. Furthermore, you’ll be in the right place to see first-hand at least 2 of the exciting workplace initiatives Harrow’s involved with, and benefit from a £1m investment in technology to support our front line workers.
