Position Summary

The Software Implementation Analyst plays a key role in configuring and deploying our software solutions to meet customer-specific requirements. The position involves working closely with customer focal points to understand requirements, and define workflows, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation.

This individual acts as the bridge between our customers, software development, and operational teams during onboarding and during configuration scopes, ensuring that our solutions are tailored to support best practices and deliver maximum value

Duties And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities and Competencies required for the Role include but are not limited to as outlined below:

  • Work directly with customers to gather requirements and translate them into software configurations that align with business and software-specific processes.
  • Collaborate with other roles to deliver the end-to-end implementation process, from initial discovery and planning through to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Define and optimise workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and best practices.
  • Configure software applications, ensuring they are tailored to meet customer-specific needs.
  • Conduct user training and provide guidance to help customers maximise the benefits of the software.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues, identifying areas for improvement and driving solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, workflows, and best practices.
  • Continuously refine the implementation process based on feedback and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Degree level education in software, technology, or related discipline, or relevant industry experience.
  • Previous experience in software or business analysis or application configuration.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Hands-on experience in software configuration, third party integration and application implementation.
  • Ability to map workflows and recommend process improvements based on best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a structured and methodical approach to project delivery.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to work independently and within a team.
