What sort of work? Right now, our highly regarded Real Estate Group is looking for an experienced Associate to join our growing team, with a real focus on Energy.

Why this team? Our Transactional Real Estate team is a leading real estate team operating across all offices and including many lawyers named as leading individuals in Chambers and Partners.
The team is seeing significant growth in Energy sector instructions and new clients across various asset types (in particular industrial rooftop solar projects and Battery Energy Storage Schemes (BESS)). The team also works closely with our commercial team providing real estate support to significant energy investment funds and managers on corporate acquisitions, disposals and secured lending. The team also provides real estate support to a leading BNG /habitat bank provider and this is a notable growth area for the firm.

Most people in the team choose to work 2-3 days a week in the office, with the balance of time spent working from home.
