Our Corporate and Commercial group undertakes various corporate, commercial, tax, banking and employment work at all levels. Our specialist teams combine unsurpassed expertise with a sound understanding of the corporate landscape to provide exceptional solutions for every aspect of our clients’ corporate and business law requirements.
Our Corporate team act for financial institutions, SME's, owner managed businesses and PLC's on all aspects of corporate transactions. The team has specific experience and expertise in the energy, education, retail, logistics, healthcare, social care, technical and banking sectors. We also advise clients on matters relating to employee ownership, in addition we deal with shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, company formation arrangements and other aspects of corporate life.

Corporate team achievements
What you will be doing:
Working as part of a large and friendly team providing assistance on all aspects of corporate transactional and reorganisation work. You'll work with our senior lawyers to assist on large complex deals, build up your own caseload and help our team to deliver a fantastic service to our clients.
There will be exposure across a broad range of industry sectors acting on behalf of regional, national and global clients.
What you will need:
- Corporate experience. with a minimum of 3-4yrs PQE or a little beyond
- A desire to enhance existing and build new client relationships via various channels
- Excellent communication skills
- A high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
