About The Role
Knight Frank is looking to hire a Solutions Architect to join our Chief Technology Office in designing and delivering CRM solutions.

The candidate will be tasked with designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems, with a primary focus on Dynamics 365 but knowledge of other platforms (like Salesforce) would be desirable. The ideal candidate should also possess a comprehensive background in designing and implementing scalable, loosely coupled architectural solutions that support flexibility, maintainability, and rapid evolution of systems. This includes a deep understanding of modular design principles, service-oriented and microservices architectures, and the ability to decouple system components to reduce interdependencies and improve fault tolerance.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Lead on the architecture and design of CRM solutions that align with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Architectural Alignment: Ensure alignment with KF architecture and IT standards, principles and patterns and best practices, or highlighting where this is not the case
- API Integration: Integrate external APIs and other data sources to bring near real-time data and updates into the system.
- Data: Provide expertise in data modelling, data management and data migration approaches on the CRM platform(s) for local and global CRM rollouts
- 3rd Party solutions: Assessment and recommendations on 3rd party solutions, ensuring these can be seamlessly integrated into the CRM platforms where required
- Estimation: Assist in the estimation, planning and production of implementation plans and roadmaps for CRM deliveries.
- Security: Ensure the security, privacy, and integrity of all data across the system.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation to support the system's design, implementation, and integration processes (e.g. C4 modelling, document as code with Mermaid/PlantUML).
- API Integration: Integrate external APIs and other data sources to bring near real-time data and updates into the system.
- Technical Risk: Identification and management of technical risk for CRM implementations
- Future Proofing: Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and trends
Key Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, working with CRM systems. Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is desirable, but knowledge of other platforms can be considered.
- Expertise in integrating REST APIs, GraphQL and messaging systems.
- Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure with a focus on cloud-native design patterns.
- Ability to design systems for real-time intelligence linking various data sources to provide actionable insights.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
