High-quality data access and provisioning shouldn't be daunting and time-consuming. Synthesized automates this process — we solve the problem of replacing sensitive production data from non-production environments with right-sized, production-like data. Since 2018 we have pioneered the generation of production-like data for machine learning and application development across all structured data formats within one platform.

Our products are used by some of the world's leading organizations, such as Deutsche Bank, UBS, the European Commission, and others. We continue to be a part of various roundtables on AI regulations and ethics in the UK and Europe. Most recently, Synthesized contributed to the AI Roundtable with the UK Secretary of State for Science, Innovation, and Technology who hosted senior AI leaders at 10 Downing Street.

🔍 The Role

We are looking for exceptional Solution Consultants to join Synthesized and drive strategic value for our clients through our innovative data platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our clients' business challenges and crafting solutions that deliver measurable impact. You'll work closely with our Sales team to shape and win strategic deals while serving as a trusted advisor to organizations ranging from innovative scale-ups to global financial institutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to develop strategic roadmaps for implementing Synthesized solutions
• Articulate compelling business cases and ROI analysis for C-level stakeholders
• Lead discovery workshops, solution presentations, and proof of value initiatives
• Drive complex deal cycles alongside Sales teams
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product strategy
• Contribute to thought leadership and market positioning activities
• Coach and mentor team members on consulting best practices

🌱 About You

What we need

• 3-5 years of management consulting experience from top-tier firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, Accenture)
• Experience presenting to and influencing C-level executives
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
• Excellence in stakeholder management and relationship building
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred

• Commercial acumen and experience in solution selling
• Track record of leading/supporting enterprise technology transformations
• Understanding of enterprise data landscape and modern technology platforms
