Are you passionate about legal technology and helping businesses streamline their operations? We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our Pre-Sales team, working with prospective clients to showcase how our Legal Software Portfolio can improve efficiency and productivity.
This role is ideal for someone with 5-8 years of experience in a client-facing technology, legal tech, or software solutions role, looking to take the next step in pre-sales consulting.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Understanding customer needs – Conduct discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and align them with our software solutions.
✅ Delivering engaging demonstrations – Showcasing the capabilities of our legal software in a way that resonates with potential customers.
✅ Configuring demo environments – Setting up tailored demo scenarios to illustrate how our solutions can add value.
✅ Supporting sales proposals – Assisting in technical bid responses and answering customer queries.
✅ Creating digital content – Developing video walkthroughs and supporting materials for customers and prospects.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Tech-savvy with strong communication skills – Comfortable explaining software solutions in simple, compelling ways.
🔹 Experience in legal, SaaS, or business software – Ideally with 5-8 years in a client-facing, consulting, or product-related role.
🔹 A problem-solver with a commercial mindset – Able to connect business challenges with technology solutions.
🔹 Confidence in presentations – You enjoy running demos, training sessions, or engaging with stakeholders.
🔹 Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment – Working across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
⭐ Previous experience in pre-sales, legal tech, or business analysis
⭐ Knowledge of video editing tools for demo content
⭐ Exposure to case management software, ERP, or SaaS platforms
