Job Title: Specialist Support Trainer
Position Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Hours of work: 37.5 Hours per week
Function: Group Services / Operational Excellence / Specialist Support
Reporting to: Learning & Development Manager
Area Covered: Peterborough, Cambridge, Bedford and Northants, North London, Essex.
Travel is usually planned 2 months in advance and occasional overnight stays will be required.

As a Specialist Support Trainer, you will be integral to this transformation, helping to equip our staff with the skills and knowledge they need to excel.
As a Specialist Trainer you will be expected to deliver a wide range of specialist learning opportunities supporting new staff at induction through to refreshing the knowledge and skills of existing staff in topics such as positive behaviour support, physical intervention training (in line with the Restraint Reduction Network Training Standards), and person specific condition
s.This role is unique as we are really looking for someone with a passion for delivering great coaching / training - Lifeways will invest in you and support your professional development through specialist training qualifications we will enable you to become training leads in certain subject areas such as Autism, Acquired Brain Injury, Mental Health. You also will work in partnership with the Practitioner to identify training needs and design required training solution.
