Job Summary:
The Sr. Marketing Manager will lead strategic campaign creation and activation for a unified banking platform that is truly transforming bank payments.
A part of the global programs and events team, this cross-functional role will work closely with internal stakeholders to create holistic, end-to-end journeys for targeted prospects, customers, and industry influencers. Raising brand awareness and affinity levels along with creating and supporting pipeline.
The role requires a highly enthusiastic and articulate marketer that does not shy away from thinking outside of the box to position and grow the awareness of ACI and the assigned solutions in the market
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy an omni-channel and multi-touch ABM campaign for key prospects, customers, and industry influencers
- Identify and activate the necessary channels to raise awareness and perception among our target audiences
- Drive physical and digital events with strong communication and presentation skills
- Track and optimize marketing ROI, investment, and lead-to-opportunity conversion
- Build unique and bespoke event experiences that draw people in and gain attention
- Be a strong partner to the commercial teams and maintain open communication
- Maintain ongoing updates for leadership on campaign progress and impacts
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Knowledge, skills and experience required for the job:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in similar or related field
- 10+ years related experience in B2B, SaaS marketing
- Tradeshow and/or event experience
- ABM experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Solid knowledge of marketing and web tools
Preferred knowledge, skills and experience required for the job:
- Payments industry experience
- Digital marketing and advertising
- Hubspot experience
- Demandbase experience
- Salesforce experience
- Master’s degree in related field
- Growth mindset and comfortable taking new paths
Competencies required for the job:
- Ability to analyze and communicate data and reporting metrics
- Ability to identity areas of optimization and create a strategy and plan to maximize
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively navigate a complex organization and multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of the paid media landscape and principles
Work environment:

- Fully remote or partially remote as desired
- Majority of time spent on PC (physical requirement)
- Travel required (15%-25%)
