Our client, a leader in the defence and security sector, is currently seeking a Stock and Despatch Controller to join their team in Newport. This is a permanent role offering a unique opportunity to work on groundbreaking products and applications within the security and communications industry.
- Goods Inwards and Receipting of Stock, including visual quality inspection
- Location of Stock and Stock Checks
- Maintain accurate stock information on internal systems
- General Picking and Packing duties
- Outbound Shipping and Collections
- Working with partner logistics companies
- General Housekeeping of Stock Areas
- Supporting the production team with some equipment maintenance
- Excellent communication skills and a team enthusiast
- Good understanding of Office 365
- Awareness of Health and Safety regulations
