Loro Piana is looking for an exceptional Store Director to lead our prestigious boutique in Harrods. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in luxury retail, business development, and client engagement. As the face of Loro Piana in one of the world’s most exclusive retail spaces, you will drive sales, elevate the client experience, and inspire a team to uphold the brand’s heritage of craftsmanship and excellence. The Store Director will be in charge of 5 concessions (Ladies, Men, Kids, Accessories and Home) and the Operations department, with a total team of 50 + members.
ROLE
Sales & Business
- Drive store performance by setting ambitious sales targets and implementing strategic action plans.
- Monitor key business metrics, including KPIs, sell-through rates, and product performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance sales and expand the store’s client base.
- Ensure the team has in-depth product knowledge, providing ongoing training on selling techniques and brand storytelling.
CRM
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with top clients, VIPs, and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring a personalized luxury experience.
- Lead clienteling initiatives, coaching the team on best practices in customer engagement
- Oversee exclusive events, private appointments, and bespoke services to strengthen customer loyalty.
- Manage client feedback, addressing concerns and ensuring seamless resolution to enhance satisfaction.
- Expand the store’s network of influential partners and industry insiders to drive business growth.
Team Leadership
- Lead and inspire the team, including managers, operations, client specialists, and VM.
- Recruit, train, and mentor top talent, fostering a high-performance culture with a strong focus on teamwork and excellence.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and career development opportunities.
- Ensure seamless communication within the team through structured meetings and ongoing coaching.
Visual Merchandising
- Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring that displays align with corporate guidelines and reflect Loro Piana’s refined aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the visual team to maintain an impeccable store environment, ensuring the boutique consistently delivers an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
Operations
- Ensure efficient stock management, optimizing inventory levels based on sales trends and client demand.
- Oversee store security measures, minimizing risks related to loss prevention and theft.
- Ensure compliance with all administrative, financial, and operational procedures, working closely with corporate stakeholders.
