Job purpose:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring sales targets are met, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation. You will lead, train, and motivate the team, manage inventory, monitor financial performance, and ensure the store adheres to company policies. The Store Manager plays a key role in creating a positive shopping experience while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the dayto-day operations of the store, including staffing, scheduling, and sales performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the retail team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Set sales targets and motivate staff to meet and exceed them.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained and resolve customer issues.
- Manage inventory control, stock levels, and merchandising standards.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, sales analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure the store complies with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention practices.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance to maintain a highfunctioning team.
- Liaise with external agencies and authorities as necessary (advertising, PR, recruitment, training, fire services, police, local council, health, and safety inspectors, etc).
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with local/international suppliers and airport management team.

- Proficiency in using retail software and managing financial reports.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Accessing the airport:
A five-year working and personal reference, along with a Criminal Reference Check, will be required for this role as the store is airside in the departures lounge. This will be discussed in more detail at interview stage or please contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
