Storekeeper – Arriva London
Location: North & South London (Depot Coverage)
Salary: £35,000 per annum

Arriva London is seeking an experienced and motivated Storekeeper to join our Engineering team in a cover role, supporting operations across depots in both North and South London.
This is a vital role in ensuring the efficient running of our engineering function by maintaining a well-organised and responsive stores service. You’ll help keep our fleet moving by ensuring parts and materials are readily available to support vehicle maintenance and repair across multiple locations.

You’ll help keep our fleet moving by ensuring parts and materials are readily available to support vehicle maintenance and repair across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering teams by operating an effective and well-managed stores operation
- Monitor stock levels, process deliveries, and manage reordering to ensure consistent parts availability
- Maintain accurate records using Oracle systems
- Ensure stores areas are safe, clean, and compliant with audit standards
- Deliver on key stores KPIs including inventory control, warranty and surcharge processing, fuel management, obsolescence control, and 5S standards
- Previous experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar depot/stores environment
- Proficiency with Oracle stock and inventory systems
- Valid forklift licence (preferred) or willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competent in IT and general office systems
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience or understanding of the PCV/HGV sector is desirable
- £35,000 annual salary
