Trintech is looking for passionate customer focused Strategic Account Manager with a proven record of expanding and retaining customer business through the building of trusted customer relationships. Strategic Account Managers work with the company’s largest customers to build long-term, strategic partnerships. As an Strategic Account Manager your main role is to retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time focusing on expansion within the accounts. You strive to be a strategic partner to your accounts and advisor as it relates to financial transformation initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Develop effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and balanced growth, focused on up-sell and cross-sell expansion.
- Establish positive relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and dedication to value.
- Lead account relationships, prospect profiling and enterprise sales cycles.
- Utilize strategic value assessments, benchmarking and ROI data to support business growth.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Support and Professional services team including Partners and Channels to leverage their expertise and resources enhancing the overall sales strategy and achieving mutual business goals.
Who You Are
- Minimum 5 to 7+ years with consistent track record selling solutions to the office of the CFO and/or CIO.
- Ability to work optimally in a team environment, acting as a liaison with all other organizations within Trintech including Sales, Legal, Professional Services, Engineering, Product, Customer Success and Marketing.
- Strong understanding of the office finance and financial systems as well as SaaS.
- Strong business acumen.
- Effective listener.
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and conflict management skills.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business is a bonus but not a must.
