Rotating Shifts

Based at our Dalbeattie mill, we are looking for a Driver to join our team in the Stock Yard / Despatch area. Undertaking a variety of duties, you will contribute towards order efficiency and ensure we fulfil customer orders accurately and to deadlines.

Specifically, some responsibilities of a Stock Yard & Despatch Driver include:

• The movement of and loading of finished goods product.
• Driving articulated Volvo loaders, with forks.
• Scanning timber packs to determine stock positions.
  
  

About you:

• We are looking for a motivated individual who is keen to upgrade their skills and capable of handling large mobile units in a practical production environment. In addition, you’ll have:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Appreciation of quality and Health & Safety.
• A self-motivated and can-do attitude.
  
  

Experience using mobile plant vehicles would be advantageous. The successful candidate must possess a full driving licence.
